Ok so I have a 1989 honda civic with a d15 block with a d16 head I replaced the head gasket and I got it all back together and got it started but I for got to tighten the timming belt and I started it and heard the belt skip teeth and shut off the car then retimed it and all that good stuff but now the motor wit not start it turns but not runs and I think it is the timing still cause it is two diff motors putt together and so I was told I just have to keep tryin to figure out the right spot for the timeing but ive tried over and over and want know if there is any other tips to figure it out?
