MY TRUCK WON'T STAY RUNNING

I have replaced my cap, rotor, plugs, wires, coil I even thought it might of somehow got 180 out so I found tdc. And pulled the distributor and made sure it was rite and it will start but it really seems like when it gets warmed up it dies and then won't start. My check engine light has been on but it was on long before this started(when it was running) I tried figuring out the codes its throwing but I can't understand morse code lol. I have noticed that when I pulled the plugs and clean them it will start rite up and seems to run pretty good but still only for about 10-15minutes.

Check and test the distributor pick-up coil and ignition control module
