Put another transmission in and it don't shift in overdrive and the speedometer is 10 mph faster than you are really going. Brought the transmission at a salvage yard had to charge the bell houseing because the starter was mounted on the oppsite side. Its a 2.3 with a automatic transmission with overdrive. Can you help is it the wrong transmission or do I need to change something.

How's the transmission fluid level and condition?
