Driving home truck sputtered but died and restarted 2x to get us home. Since that day we have replaced the fuel pump, the relay, the coil, and the distributor. The inertia switch is in the right place. The fuel tank switch is in the correct position. Everything seems to have power when checked separately. The truck turns over and over but will not start. It acts like it does not have gas. Any thoughts or ideas appreciated.

Did you replace these random parts as the result of some tests or were they just guesses? You're in two different systems which suggests you haven't performed any tests. The first thing is to check if you have spark and fuel pressure. If you don't have spark, there's a real good chance the injectors aren't firing either because they both use the same trigger signals.
