The car is a front whjeel drive manual 5 speed gearbox. The clutch has recently started slipping under load (going up hills in 5th gear). I expect to have to replace the clutch plate etc. How long does it take to remove the bearbox and change the clutch plate. Thanks

For a mechanic who is familar with the work, it should be around 3 hours.
