My turn signal switch is located on the steering column it works the turn signals and the wipers, the wipers work but the signals don't. So could it still be the switch? Or what other possible solutions could there be. Also heater is blowing out cold air, but is not overheating, I just bought this car so I know nothing about it, and I know very little about cars anyway. Could anyone give me possible solutions and costs to fix it.

Replace turn signal flasher its mounted under the panel under the steering column $10 or so. The heater control valve may not be operating $15 or so for the part. It's on the heater hose under the hood.
