87 honda civic 4wd wagon, timing belt broke while driving down dirt road bout 50km/hr. What are chances of engine damage? Rolled car to safe pullover spot, then towed it home w/my van. Home only couple kms away back up hill. Thanks

50/50. Remove the valve cover and check the valve clearances. If any has excessive clearance, it is bent.

Turn piston to TDC and then turn it away 20 degrees before you attempt to turn the camshaft.
