1977 Ford F-150 starts, dies, won't start again
1977 FORD F-150
I start the truck will stay running sometimes but others it will shut down like I turned the key off not so much add dies but turns off. Help!

Check pickup coil in dist shold have 400-800 ohms if overthat replace it. Also you might look into a carb overhaul due to age and today's fuel, alcohol has probably destroyed a lot of parts in carb.
