THERE IS WHITE SMOKE COMING OUT OF TAIL PIPES

There is white smoke coming out of tail pipes. There seems to be more when it is cold, and the exhaust has a smell like the truck is running rich. There is an edelbrok 4 barrel carb on it. How would I go about fixing this problem. Thank you

White smoke is coolant burning from a blown head gasket from overheating.

Have a leak down test done to confirm
