Question: If I have a bottle of engine treatment and the directions say to
put the contents into the engine's crankcase, where would that be? (What is the
crankcase?)
Answer: You add the engine treatment to the location where you add oil.
In other words, the crankcase is the storage unit for oil - the inside of the engine.
