Wont start but has good battery

I went to start the car yesterday and it wouldnt even try to turn over. I jumed it and it did nothing all electrical works and battery is good. I found the starter relay and jumped fuse post 30 and 87 on the relay itself and the starter tried to crank over but didnt start. And im not sure what else to do.

If you jump the starter relay and it crank over and refuses to start -I suggest you look for fuel and spark. Also go here: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-cranks-but-wont-start

Are you saying the starter will crank the engine, but it won't start, or do you mean when you turn the key, nothing happens?
