wont start

was driving it today and lost engine power then engine shutdown checked battery and altenator both good fuel pump is kicking on getting fuel through filter getting fire at all 4 cylinders put new plugs in it still wont start and when you try to start it with a plug out its like it backfires through the cylinder.

what is the exact fuel pressure??

Dont know exactly dont have a guage to hook up it has vaccume fuel regulator i pulled vac hose off it and covered it with my finger still didnt help
