Will not start when below freezing?

Tried crank censer no luck checked amps when turning over to the starter great voltage as I release ignition it tries to fire we have no spark at plug until I release ignition and some times it does start idles real low also checked grounds

Check fuses underhood then scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge auto parts rent them. It may be abad ignition switch as well.

Fuses are good fuel pressure 55-62 no codes I bypassed ignition switch with hand held still the same some one said master relay what is this?

There is no master relay there is a starter relay but no master. And if it turns over the relay is good. Check resistance of cam sensor as it will not start and not send a code. Check enginecoolant temp sensor for resistance if it is 32 degree s it shold be around 9840 ohms higher if lower than 32. If it's not replace it. It could also be a map sensor they will cause a no start as well.

Replaced map/crank/temp/cam sensor still doing the same thing

Check to see if ignition switch is sending power out likeisit sending 12 volts out that it gets in as these have gone bad on a lot of vehicles. Other wise have apro scan it with a pro scanner. It may be an anti theft problem.
