Went through some water and the van started acting up - changed the battery and the starter - when the starter was changed it almost caught on fire - when the key is turned on the service engine light comes on and flashes - the lights on the dash come on and all the alarms ding (the doors, seatbelts, etc) so far everything is working but it just isn't getting fire - called a Dodge dealer and they said that there is no lock out feature and that there is a good chance that it's not a wiring harness - this information that I am enclosing here is being passed on to me and I am passing it on to you beings you were such excellent help to me on the trouble issues that I had on our Expedition
