Whistling noise at 25 mph to 30 mph speeding up and slowing down, turn off ignition and free wheeling still the same disengage the clutch while free wheeling still there, garage can not find the fault, 33100 miles recorded.

What area of the vehicle is the noise coming from?
Do you think that it might be wind noise from loose window/door trim or weather stripping?
What happens to the noise when you apply the brakes?
