What causes car shaking a little when slowing down to stop?

When applying brakes, my car shakes a little like a trembling. My brakes have been checked and they are fine. I was told that my tires were rubbing against the underside. How can this be corrected or is this the problem?

Have machine shop turn should have plenty of thickness to correct
