2003 Volvo XC70 Reduced engine performanc light

THis message comes on and car wont kick over.
Engine continues to attempt to kickover but fails to start

You would need to have the engine control module scanned for codes to start with. You could have a bad RPM signal, stuck throttle plate, low fuel pressure? Best bet will be to take it in to a shop for proper diagnosis.
