I am unable to start my 2ltr v40. Turns over fine but will not fire. Engine will run if I pull the fuel pump fuse untill fuel in injector rail gone but when fuse is replaced will not fire.

I have changed the fuel pressure regulator and checked all the vacuum pipes and all are ok.

Remove the fuel rail with the injectors still in place. Turn key on but do not try to start. When pressure builds up, check for leaking fuel injectors.
