1998 Volvo S90 brake noise

Brakes problem
1998 Volvo S90 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 45000 miles

my volvo's front brakes make a creaking or snapping noise most of the time when i depress the brake pedal. the noise comes from both sides. I had it serviced and inspected at a volvo dealership. They could not duplicate the problem. the brakes and rotors are relatively new. it stops fine although the noise is annoying. I bled all the brake lines over the summer. this had no effect. thank you in advance

Could be suspension components like control arm bushings, ball joint, struts and mounts. hear any noise going over bumps? do it in REV when braking?
