1999 Volvo S80 Repair Question

1999 Volvo S80
I have a 99 s80 volvo and when i turn on the whipers they would only work on delay even when i turn them off. Could a relay be the cause of this and if it is where is it located.

Hi james,
There are 2 wiper relays in underhood fusebox. 1 is for intermittent speed which I believe is working. Check the other relay for low and high speed.
