1999 Volvo S70 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 123000 miles

I have a crackle in my rear speaker behind the headrest, which probably needs replacing . I tried to access it by prying the cover off and from underneath, but no luck without breaking something. How can I access it and replace the speaker?
