I changed the battery and now the climate controll and the back head rest release does not work. all fuses have been checked

the first thing to try is to remove ignition key and remove both battery cables and touch the terminals together because it sounds like the climate control module is off line. let me know how it goes. jwtucker23@yahoo.com. dont worry it wont mess anything up as long as the key is out of it. i work as a volvo tech. touching the battery cables together discharges all of the capacitors in the circuits and allows the control modules to reboot themselves. sometimes when changing a battery in a volvo the module does not come back online and that is how i fix it.
