HI HOW DO I WIND THE CALIPER PISTONS BACK WITHOUT A TOOL DESIGNED FOR THIS PURPOSE?

If you are referring to the rear calipers, you can try using some needle nose pliers, insert the tips in the 2 holes on the calipers and turn clockwise while pushing in. This will not be easy to do but it can be done.
