Electrical problem
1987 Volvo GLE 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 174000 miles

Today I had my headliner replaced. When I got my car back, as soon as I put the key in the ignition,the seatbelt chime started and would not turn off. I did have my seatbelt on and all of the the doors were closed. No alert lights were on on the dash.
Help.
