1997 Volvo 960 antifreeze in the engine oil

1997 Volvo 960 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 180000 miles
i unknowingly had an antifreeze leak into the engine oil and after a while, the engine seized. i took it to a mechanic, but 3000 for a new engine is... less preferred.

Ge it block and pressure tested to find out where its leaking might end up not needing a new engine
