1994 Volvo 960 rack and pinion
Steering problem
1994 Volvo 960 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles
I have power steering fluid gushing from the top of the rack and pinion where the steering gear and shaft are.The dealer says I need a new rack and pinion for $1750 installed. I'd like to know if this is something that is relatively easy to install and is there anything else that could be done instead of replacing the rack and pinion?
