'93 Volvo 940 not turbo 350,000 mi.

Think gas line has debris from running out of gas, now won't start.

Also has hole in pipe before muffler. Could problem be impacted by this, even though she was running (louldy) prior to running out of gas?

also, three of the gas tank straps have broken due to corrosion from salt water (Florida Keys). How dangerous is that?

Can't afford to pay for repairs, must do all myself!
