I have a '93 Volvo 940 Turbo that stalled the other day. I was able to re-start it, but then it stalled again after a few hundred yards. Again it re-started, and then died. Finally had it towed. I thought since it was a low RPM problem, that the fuel filter was the culprit. After replacing the fuel filter, I have the same problem. There are two fuel pumps in this system, one in the tank, the other in the line near the filter. How do I test these, and do you suspect that this is even the problem? Could it be related to a Turbo issue, causing it to stall as the boost builds up?
