1995 Volvo 940 ALTERNATOR/REGULATOR
Electrical problem
1995 Volvo 940 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 130000 miles
W/O A/C OR LIGHTS ON VOLTAGE READING APP.
13.5 V. W/A/C OR LIGHTS ON VOLTAGE DROPS.
BATTERY IS NEW (580 AMPS COLD) MECANIC SAYS
REGULATOR PROBLEM. PER CHANCE SOMETHING
ELSE COULD CAUSE PROBLEM?

Have the battery load tested as well. He may be right, if the alt/reg is weak and cant keep up with load demand
