When I put my car in "Park", it sometimes does not engage and my car rolls. I must use my emergency parking brake to keep car from moving. There is some play/looseness with the gear knob between the Park & Reverse positions-not with the other gear positions.
Other than this problem, the car drive fine, shifts through gears fine when driving.
Can you tell me what is causing this problem and repair necessary...................Is this a major transmission problem?
