1993 Volvo 940 Failed smog
Engine Performance problem
1993 Volvo 940 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 190 miles
My Car just failed smog, the Tech told me my EGR system was the problem, The egr valve has been tested ok, The vaccum line is good to the solinoid but I am unable to get the Solinoid to open. When should it and how do I test it. Thanks Richard
