So on the highway, speeds around 55-65 mph, I hear this flapping noise in my rear wheel that sounds almost as if I had a flat tire. Got out to check, and the tires are fine (theyre pretty new so they'd better be). I kick the tires a little bit, and I hear a rattling coming from within what I think is the brakes.

Any idea what this could be?
