i have a 1994 volvo 850 turbo, when i try to turn on the heat or a/c the blower fan might come on or not. i also notice that when i go to turn it on ,the a/c and the rec lights blink. the fan motor squeaks on the start up. i don't know if a resistor or the fan may need to be replaced.help please its cold!!!!!!
