Engine problem
1994 Volvo 850 Front Wheel Drive Automatic 163000 miles

I just bought this car, The engine runs perfectly fine at quarter to half pedal. The moment you go beyond that and engage the turbo, you hear the turbo start to engange but the engine bogs out and you dont get the power. Now if you hold the gas pedal in you hear the turbo sucking in air and when you let off of the pedal you can hear the waiste gate releasing. If you have the car in park or idle you can rev it all the way up just fine with no abnormal noises.
