Engine Performance problem
1989 Volvo 760 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 215000 miles
I have a chance to purchase a very nice 1989 760 wagon very cheap. Runs, but no power and blows white smoke. how tough is it to replace the turbo. Probably adjust valves too. Is it too much trouble for a $500 car?
