Hello. I have a 1990 volvo 740 turbo station wagon. It has 175,000 miles on it. I recently tried to engage the overdrive and the corresponding light in the warning light panel of the dashboard did not light up as it normally does. I don't want to take it to the dealer and have them charge me a ridiculous fee just to take the dashboard apart (or whatever it is that should be done) to put the light back in. I was wondering if you could direct me to a place (e.G. A manual) that could show me how to replace the light? You run a great service here— I am gladly making a donation. Sincerely, Dac

Teh car does go into OD? The bulb is in the cluster, you will have to remove it from the dash to get to the bulb. Its not too hard, just watch for hidden clips so you dont break any plastic

Hi Jack,
Thank you for your reply. I appreciate it. I was wondering what you meant by the bulb being in the cluster? What is a cluster and would I need any special tools to take it out? Thanks again. I am gladly making another small donation. Sincerely, Dac.
