I have 1990 740gl volvo fuel seems to not want to get to the intake I can spray carburator cleaner in the intake and it will start but wont stay started i can hear the feul pump pumping when i turn the ignition key on but it stops do it supposed to keep running when the key is on i have replaced two fuel pumps in the tank and the cold start pump and the filter what is it
