I have replaced the ecm also, and still does not start.

Hi kimberly1968,

You should have used the reply to question link in initial post to continue so that whoever was attending to you can response when notification is received.

Yours seems to be a problem with the fuel system.

Check for fuel pressure at fuel rails.
Check for power supply to fuel injectors.
Check for proper grounding of wires.
