Transmission problem
1986 Volvo 240 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 65000 miles
Bought 1986 volvo 240 manual with 65000-grandma car in great condition. Found out today button in the middle of shifter is overdrive button. Tried to engage with clutch in but nothing happens. I understand the switch may be bad but how important is it to even use the overdrive? I don't do much freeway driving. This is mostly a "town car".
