Overdrive
Transmission problem
1986 Volvo 240 4 cyl Automatic 185000 miles
My volvo has always had an issue with the overdrive fuse. Occasionally the overdrive fuse would blow and the overdrive arrow would stay on and it would not shift out of overdrive. When I replace the fuse, it would work fine.. The last time I replaced the fuse the arrow light went off, but the trans still will not shift from overdrive. Does it need a new sensor or switch or is it something else?
