1985 Volvo 240 starting
Electrical problem
1985 Volvo 240 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 200000 miles
Starting issue seems to improve when I lift the coil wire about a quarter inch off of Distributor, only it still wont start and run, vacuum readings are very low while cranking, fuel pumps are both running, timing belt is new and timing is on, with respect to crank, cam and intermediate shaft. Lifting the coil wire to alter timing is the only action that has made any difference.
