1999 Volkswagen Passat car is not fireing on no. 2 cylinder

I have put a coil pack and a fuel injector valuve on the no.2 cylinder. It is not getting fire going through the coil pack. I don't know what else to do.
HELP.

I tested it with a light and it's getting fire through all the other cylinders but not the no. 2
