Normally, the doors lock automatically when, after starting, you move the shift lever away from the "Park" position and relock when you put the rtansmission back in park.

Recently, my doors are being locked upon starting the car.

Is there some way to reset the logic to restore original functionality?

Ok you will need to do some test to determine if the door lock power module is bad. So you will need a digital multi meter and maybe a test light.
The power control module for the locks is in the trunk on the left or drivers side. Make sure all the wires are in good shape and that is pluged in good and that is hasn't gotten wet or anything. Let me know what you find and we go from there. Thanks.
