I have a 1997 jetta gl 4 cyl. with 102000 miles on it. recently my car started to freak out. i went to open my doors with my key and the alarm started going off. now i dont have the remote to use, it didnt come with the car and i havent had this problem before. before that happened (just a few hours) i went to close my sun roof and it wouldnt close, i noticed that when i push any of the 3 buttons for my sunroof i just hear a click sound and nothing happens. also at the same time i noticed this about my sunroof i noticed that my clock had reset itself to 12:00 and now it does this every time i shut the car off. my gauges and everything seem to work fine but my power locks do not. i had my battery tested and my alternator tested by a shop here in town but both seem to be fine. if anyone could help that would be great. right now my biggest concern is getting my sunroof to work so i can get it closed in case it rains. thanks a bunch.
