1993 Jetta 2.0 Litre will not start

When I start the car, the engine cranks but there is no ignition spark.

The fuel pump relay is also not picking up.

Is there a way to bypass the alarm relay? I need to shut it off since I do not have the code.

Your alarm should automaticaly shut off when u unlock ur doors but if it doesn't there is a clip under the hood that goes to the main module of the alarm disconnect it there if u can't find check under the dash.
