i purchased a 1971 vw bus and the rear wheel is frozen, how do i get it to turn and work proper.

HI there,
You will have to back off the brake adjusters and see if it is a frozen brake, if so a rear brake o?haul will be needed, if the brake is OK, you will have to start looking at seized wheel bearings, CV's or a transmission / diff problem, start here.
