what would couse motor to get really hot on one side,and miss fire on the other

Based on experience this happens when you have a leaky gas / oil tank. For some just like my old car before there is a leaky part in my tank and not know it drips down to my engine. Unluckily my radiator has a leak too and that causes my tank to turn hot and both meet on an unlikely situation and that caused my tank to catch fire.
