1998 Volkswagen GTI Squeeling Sound from Engine

1998 Volkswagen GTI 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual
Whenever my car is idling, maybe its also happening when driving but I can't hear it, I get this loud squeeling sound from the engine compartment. It seems to only start happening after the engine has had some time to warm up. I wonder if it has anything to do with the rain, it has been raining all day. I think it could be one of the belts, but I really have no clue.
