Engine Performance problem
1998 Volkswagen Cabrio 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 105000 miles
Car idles smoothly but when accelerated it drops in power. Will run good up to 3000 RPM then drops back to 1000 then picks back up to 3000 & drops back down again. This is continuous the whole time it is being driven.
