2006 Volkswagen Beetle 4 cyl Wheel Drive Type unknown Automatic 47500 miles
we have unlocked the unlocking mechanism to release headlight, but it won't come out so we can change the halogen bulb. We checked and the lock is completely released, but it won'T come out.

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I TOOK IT TO A MECHANIC AND HE TOOK SOME WD40 AND SPRAYED IT AND HE TAPPED ON THE LIGHT ITSELF AND IT CAME LOOSE[/quote]
